Orders are sent by Royal Mail delivery service, they are usually sent within 1 working day of the order being placed on our website. We only deliver items within the UK and the EU.You will not need to sign for delivery of your order.

You do not require a Paypal account to place an order with us, simply follow the checkout instructions on screen and will be directed to Paypal. Here you can enter your payment and personal details securely and you will be given the option of creating a Paypal account for future use but this is an option. We operate a 30 Day Unwanted Returns Policy. If you decide you no longer want your purchase you have 30 days from receipt to inform us you wish to return the item, please inform us by using the form on the 'Contact' page. Items must be in their original condition with the original packaging.
We will then provide you with a return address and we will refund the money to your account when we receive the item(s) back.The cost of postage to return the item to us will not be reimbursed and will be incurred by yourself.
If your item is faulty please follow the same procedure informing us of the fault in your notification email. We can then offer you either a refund or a replacement item.
If you place an order through our site you have the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched. To carry out this right simply contact us informing us of your wish to cancel together with order number. In this case we will refund the full order amount which was originally paid. If the order has been dispatched your right to cancel will fall under the returns policy as stated above. You will receive a goods dispatched email when we send out the items therefore you will know which policy you will fall under.
